Back in the day the EF shampoo was one of my faves. Good stuff. I'm considering getting a few for old time sake.

Definitely one of the most underrated and easy-to-rinse formula's out there!
The Hi Intensity Cleaner is also really good on wheels, tires, and wheel wells. This is a fantastic deal, I might pick some up myself. :rockon

Anyone else that can comment on the two products?

Is EF going out of business or is the product not being carried anymore?
 
EF was a line carried by CMA but once it shut down it hasn't been continued to be produced. I think this is remaining inventory from when PBMG purchased

i said i wasn't gonna buy anything until the blackfire came out, but i couldn't pass up on the high intensity cleaner. even doubled up on it. love this stuff.

Yes. Eimann Fabrik (one man factory) is actually one of the original house brands that kicked this whole detailing craze off. It used to be an extremely highly rated brand and the products in the line up are really really good (they only got better with time).

I love it and have most of the products at my house, and will keep it as a memory to times gone by. To be honest most of the bottles are empty now, but thats only because it was too good not to use.

So, if it was highly rated and their line was really good (and I can agree with that, I love the gel wheel and tire cleaner), why the decision to put it on a semi permanent hiatus?

A line like Eimann Fabrik, particularly with its history, would deserve to be done right should it be relaunched and PBMG doesn't do anything without doing it to the highest potential.

I would not be surprised if it was because PBMG simply has too many house brands. They already had Pinnacle, DP and Wolfgang, and adding two additional brands would simply mean too many redundancies between lines. I can see where keeping Blackfire makes sense (even though there seems to be a lot of overlap with Wolfgang) since it still has a lot of cachet among detailers, but Eimann Fabrik doesn't seem to be as top of mind a name. This is not to bash the products - if Todd says they're good, the I have no doubt that they perform well - but sometimes even that isn't enough...

I wouldn't be surprised to see this line make a come back down the road. I'll enjoy using up the last of my EF spray this summer.
 
I have mixed feeling, 1 Im bummed I never tired it from what you guys have said it awesome, on the other hand Im happy that its one less thing to buy and try out! I dont think Ill be placing an order for it, if I really like it then Ill be pissed I cant get more. Kinda like finding something you like at Big Lots, its a grave yard for products!
