a well maintained rubber by optimum coating
DSCF3200.JPG

I did not recoat ...any ...as i wanted to test how well optimum coating last in tropical & acid rain inflicted country of ours.

for your kind words, i did the water hosing down test... power clean for him, left a bottle of OPC after my 3rd month visit.... he is Skeptical of POWER CLEAN which i gave him to maintain himself....he was too worried to use it....as it was professional products

What happen after opti coating is, we have an additional coat of clear, that doesnt prevent the car from getting dirty but makes cleaning so effortlessly & more scratch resistant

initially he complaint - how come opti coating wear off so quickly...After I showed him how i Power clean ....he was amazed that how this coating lasted as compare initially with his friends coating. Now that he has seen and also asked me to opti coat his cayman, his new A4

conclusion
this car is park daily outdoor on a busy trunk road, very near to industrial area...at times under the tree ...mostly wash by car wash, as they are tight with time'

far best coating i ever experience..
ma ma mia - the best that any owner can request

So did it have any maring from the car washes? It looks really good, I'm thinking I might use this on my truck.

i put opti coat on my wifes bimmer and my daughters volvo and yes you can actually clean it with just a high pressure washer and some optimum power clean. no soap needed.... great stuff indeed.

KC, Very nice write up. I mean no offense with this post, I hope none is taken. It is very apparent that you do quality detailing. That said, taking side panel pictures in the shade can hide a great many faults. I know I'm not alone in the the category of: it always makes me wonder. This is especially true when shooting a light colored finish. I know that I've been able to take a very average finish on white vehicles and make them look like they just had a 7 day detail completed by doing side panel shots in the shade.

I'm sure I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know. It's just my 2 cents but if you really want to show your work off and it appears to deserve it. Either put it in direct sunlight or strong lighting to do your AFTER pictures. Even better try to duplicate the BEFORE and AFTER lighting. I know that this is not easy to do simply because the sun moves and clouds roll in but it leaves little room for doubt.
