Products you like that people generally don't talk about?

Zaino AIO

It seems to fall through the cracks while the Z5pro, Z2pro, Z6, Z7 get the attention.

I've found it to be Zaino's most versatile product. Works great on chrome, taking off waterspots and leaving a great shine and beads excellent. Its cool to see chrome bead well. It works excellent on doorjambs and most glossy interior trim. Exhaust tips, wheels, wheel arches with stubborn grime, engine bays, etc... The list keeps going. By far my favorite Zaino product.

Pinnacle XMT Clay- This is a propriety clay that is super mild and doesn't scuff the paint will still having the power to remove moderate contaminants. The texture is a little different but it works great.

Just curious if you actuall meant the XMT or if you were referring to the Pinnacle (not XMT line) Ultra Poly clay?? Everything I've read is this is the one that's super mild. I've heard the XMT, while still a completely awesome clay, is actually not that mild but more typical of regular clays. Just a thought.

Werkstat Acrylic system: Amazing reflection and pop on light & mid-tone metallic paint jobs.

SONAX Tire Gloss Gel: Very nice finish, no sling, and keeps the tire sidewalls like new.

SONAX Paint Cleaner: This is a superb product. Cleans very well, and leaves a nice layer of protection behind.

Diamondite Glasswork system: This is a great system and works very well. The glass protector sheets water very well and lasts for quite a long time.

The most underrated compound has got to be M86 Solo. It finishes great, hardly produces any dust, works in any condition, finishes better than M105 and is much easier to remove.

I wish people would give M86 a try instead of messing with mineral oil and M105...

I'm gonna try it with the MF pads. Does it work well with a DA?

Have to try that! Never hear of people talking about it.Thanks Dasher.:)

M86 does not have the ultimate cutting power of M105 or even D300, but it's still up there.

D300 and M86 are my two main compounds. I'm down to my last gallon of the original formula M105. Plus, I have a new compound that I still need to try...

Both Pinnacle XMT and Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay are mild clay that will not scuff or scratch paint. XMT is definitely the more aggressive of the two and will likely remove wax or sealant quickly.

only thing in my arsenal I don't see mentioned is sprayway glass cleaner

Use it all the time on glass but also on wheels during rinseless washes, quick prep to start headlight restorations, any interior chrome or wood grain trim (because APC will streak)

laptop, tv, sometimes the stove top

I put that s*** on everything

3M finesse it, incredible product with machine or by hand(spot). 3M scratch remover polish. Meg high tech yellow wax. Meg professional show car glaze, Pinnacle. Crystal mist, some talk about this one but not as much as the newest lastest and greatest.. Never dull and mothers aluminum polish how couldnt you have some of this stuff sitting around. I forget the brand but it was labeled "matte finish" rubber and vinyl coating, havent been able to find it for over a year. I am sure if I were standing at home infront of the cBinet there would be some others in there.

3m finnesse is one of my favorite jeweling polish's I dont like to use it to actually finish but as far as that extra jeweling BLING hands down I love it.
Also P&S Full throttle is a really nice polish I use all the time, Its my never fail when car wash "detailer" induced holagrams are being retarded and wont go away :wall

Tuf Shine tire sealant. Hands down my favorite tire product, even over UTTG and Opti-Bond. This stuff is amazing!

I do not use reconditioning products, but if you get one of those German wheels that haven't been done in a year. You have to get malco's brake off. It is a gel That will make the worst come off in sheets! Does not harm wheels, but it will harm skin!
The best for them really bad wheels

I know one product that I've really never seen mentioned is Meguiar's Quik Wheel Detailer .. I typically wash my car once a week but in between washes this product does a great job at cleaning the face of the rim and is VERY inexpensive
