Why do we dress our tires? Because a nicely dressed tire compliments the shimmering paint that you spent all weekend to achieve with say, the Blackfire Wet-Ice Over Fire Kit. Just like you wouldn't dare to think about neglecting your super smooth paint that has a new found mirror like shine, your tires need to be cared for too.

The last thing you want is your tires to look like this: dull, faded, and just plain boring. :(

Try to relax; there is no need to spend the next thirteen hours researching all the different tires dressings. End your search now, because Blackfire has you covered with their Long Lasting Tire Gel. Blackfire Long Lasting Tire Gel features the latest in German Super Polymers that grab a firm hold of rubber to not only enhance the appearance, but to also protect them too. You can now whisk away nightmares of dull, faded, dry, brown tires because this long lasting tire dressing will protect and beautify your tires for weeks.

Each and every Blackfire product features the latest in polymer and surface care technology to perform at the top of each respective category. Paint protection, leather care, tire care, etc. - Blackfire has you covered. Long Lasting Tire Gel continues this tradition by offering a tire dressing that's safe on the environment and free of any alcohols or petroleum distillates.

Blackfire Long Lasting Tire Gel includes a tire applicator for thin, even application of the thick, non-sling gel formula. A little bit goes a long way so use sparingly! :inspector:

I think each Blackfire product should boldly say "WOW" on the label, because after using several Blackfire products, that's what I say when I take a step back and look at the results. Take a look below at the 50/50 shot. The left side has been treated with Blackfire Long Lasting Tire Gel while the right side is still dull and boring.

It looks a little too shiney for my liking, but can I have your job? It seems like you're always testing new products like Nick over at AG. I'm jealous. :bigups:

I like the look! I dont like the price :D but you always have to look at how much product you use and how long it lasts to evaluate its true cost .

I would love to see more reveiws on this product!:)

Great review! I would have to agree it's a little too shiny for my tastes, but if it has good durability it might be worth looking into for those customers that like shiny tires.

It is fun testing new products and writing reviews. It's something that I enjoy doing very much so. :bigups

I bet the Phantom Reviewer and Nick have identical DNA!!

BUSTED ;)

This Nick you speak of couldn't do reviews half as good as mine! ;)

Maybe I have used too much product, but I have found it to sling. :dunno:

Try lightly patting the tire with a clean, dry microfiber towel before driving. :rockon

The raised white letters dont look very white. Did the dressing turn them black?

Dan F

They're just worn out and faded and discolored. Probably from the previous owner using harsh chemicals to clean the tires and/or low quality tire dressings. ;)

Can you buff off some of the shine?

Absolutely. I personally prefer larger tires such as these to have a tad more gloss than the tiny tires found on most passenger cars. :rockon

Please try it on some newer tires and report back to us. :D

Those Pirelli tires actually get shiny no matter what you put on them. So perhaps the Blackfire isn't as shiny on other brand tires as it is in these photos. Some tires accept dressings differently than others.

I guess I need to see it on some Michelins.

Seen them on Michelins tires and look great. It lasted on them over about 10-12 days with no problem.
