White paint speckles on exterior door and interior dash

Out of no where I noticed a few speckles (20+) on my exterior driver door and (100's) on the dash of my Accord. I tried removing them with dawn soap but they only seem to come off with my finger nail and applying good pressure.

Can anyone recommend some products for the interior / exterior to remove them? The speckles are white and I have no idea where they came from.

I have heard trying Krud Kutter on the interior dash and Clay for exterior but wanted some additional input.

First pic is the exterior driver door and the other two are the interior dash.

Mostenbocker's has products to remove just about anything.

I use them to remove paint, tape reside, adhesives, caulk, and more.

As Ronkh mentioned above, I would start with that basic/simple approach before purchasing any "specialized" products.

I used pb apc full srenght as lube for the clay
somewhere here there is a thread on it
i got paint all over the car

I tried apc (6-1) and a cotton terry towel with no success. Tried Krud Kutter diluted and not with no luck. I think I'm going to try goo-gone and see if that can cut the white specs off the dash.

Nothing has worked thus far...
APC 6:1
APC Full strength
Krud Kutter Graffiti remover
Krud Kutter degreaser
Goo Gone

Any other suggestions?

I'm wondering if one of the Leather Master's cleaning products might help out your dash. I have Super Remover coming in tomorrow for an issue with my seat. It might be a product to keep in mind if you have to continue to experiment.

The exterior paint I would imagine is no big deal, but the specs on the dash are going to be fun.

No chemical is going to be strong enough, unless you use acetone, but that will dry out the dash and risk cracking the vinyl.

I would use a plastic razor blade and just chip off each paint spec. Its time consuming but its going to be the only thing that will work without long term damage.

At this point all products tested have yield negative effects on the vinyl and or no effect at all. My only option which is going to be extremely tedious is to use my finger nail to pick and scrap the 1000's of tiny speckles all over the dash.

Thanks for the input and if anyone comes up with a better solution let me know.

What are the dots? What did you end up using? They look like compound splatter ?

I could never identify what the dots were or where they came from. My best guess is some type of liquid that has an extremely strong bonding element within it. It looks like a tiny white paint speckle. I have yet to find a product that will remove them without ruining the finish of my dash.

If you have any other suggestions I'm all ears.
