leaking delivery

my package arrived today . ultima trim interior proctant ,a box with applicators and a pinnacle detailers bag. wellll when removing the items from the box i sat the tube in the applicator box and in about 5 minutes i noticed the tube was leaking .it looks like i lost about 20 to 25 % of the ultima .conclusion:leaking cap that was not tightened all the way . so please make sure they are tight before shipping thanks .tracy

I have seen this happens alot from the carrier it was ship thru, just call customer service and let them know. to make it right for you.

Ive had this very thing happen while I was moving. I know it was closed, but it spilled out anyway.

Just give the company a call, they'll take care of it for you. You'll learn that the time taken to upload pictures and make a thread like this probably wasn't worth it.

I have had this happen to me too. Some companies are great about taking care of it right away. What made me mad was the carrier noticed the leak, repackaged it to hide it until opened. Thanks again Angelo.
