Dwayne and I are friends, going back to our days as "partner's in crime" in Las Vegas. I am 100% confident that if Dwayne were still here that we would be working together as partners (if I would have even been given an opportunity to begin with) crime here as well. In fact he was the first to contact me after I totalled my last car in a roll over accident.
The idea to partner up with PBMG was never a consideration of mine as I was offered multiple jobs/opportunities when it was announced that CMA would be closing.I took a wait and see approach. PBMG was actually the last to contact me and this opportunity only came about recently.
As far as Dwayne leaving, it is really none of my business as to how/why/when but I understand that it was 100% his personal choice and that he left on very good terms. I think we can all respect his decision and privacy.

Why would that force Dwayne out? I wouldn't jump to any conclusions because I think we all know how much people love to run with stories around these places.
He moved on, and we all wish him well. He is certainly a good guy. Do we really need an explanation other than what people at PBMG have already said?

Calm down! I was just thinking out loud--I don't know Dwayne that well, but I figured he would at least say goodbye, so there was a scenario where he might not have, but apparently that wasn't the scenario...I wasn't trying to get your shorts in a bunch.

I know it's hard to gauge someone's demeanor through online text, but I'm being calm. Watching these forums over the years, someone's speculation or assumption can be blown out of proportion pretty quickly. I'm sure you can agree.
