Did you catch the part in one video where he says we'll show you that we can wash without water? I don't think he's talking about a Spray and Wipe type product.
 
Maybe the dirt from placing the pad on the ground aids in sanding the contaminants from the paint.
Kind of like the dust bath concept.

Hoping that I do not jinx some intense ongoing negotiations, I have tentatively convinced the principals to allow me to double the maximum permissible initial investment to $2 Mil! :D
