Woke up this morning to a snow and ice storm :eek: Couldn't even open the door it was iced closed. Had to kick it a dozen times to get it to budge. Trucks were just a sheet of ice. Is the end near :wow: Is this the Global warming Al Gore was talking about :hmmm: I need to move south :surrender:surrender:passout::passout:

Just remember, Steve, you can always add layers to combat the cold; in the heat there's only so much you can take off to cool down! :notme: :yikes:

I'd take some 80 degrees (with sun preferably) myself. According to the local weather guys, mid 50s is going to be just about the best we are going to do this week. But we currently have sunshine, which has been absent all weekend.

Here in Florida, shorts, sandals, and a Corona are appropriate year round :cool:

Although, summers I'd find myself nude in public a lot (if it were appropriate) because its so dang hot. Humidity here sucks
 
My back can't take any more snow. This is ridiculous. It's not even that we're getting a ton each time but it's twice a week we're getting hit with a few inches. They're already calling for more on Tuesday in addition to this Friday. Seems it's every Tuesday and Friday.

The local morning show radio announcer said this morning that every time he thinks about washing his car, he looks at the weather and says he's going to wait because there is snow in the forecast every 24-48 hours. GREAT!

Not to mention that my parking lot is getting smaller and smaller every storm, and now there is a sheet of ice covering it.

Who wants to open a shop in Florida called "New England Detailing" where we can all go and actually work in January and Feb? Who's in? :rockon

I do the same thing. But I did try and hose off the heavy stuff yesterday.
