This is just wrong! Tonight it will be colder in Dallas than it is in Anchorage Alaska! We are not used to or equipped for this!

Sunday I fly to Cleveland where there is tons of snow. Brrr!
 
Downtown has about 6-8" of snow on the ground. Next week they are not calling for any snow and it might get above freezing. Enjoy.
 
RedDwarf, I'm feeling your pain. We track the weather and temps at a couple of locations across the country and more than once this winter we have been colder than our summer vacation spot in CO and it is @ 9k feet! That is not normal! :eek:

One of the guys that works with Mrs. Clean is a weather fan and follows some of the internet weather prognosticators. They have been predicting a colder and wetter than normal winter for our area. The Farmers Almanac has a similar prediction.

As we've heard by our local weather forecasters this is the coldest stretch of weather since '96. I don't keep records, but I know that there was an even colder stretch than this in the early-mid 80s when we had a stretch of days in the single digits.
