Official Tampa Bay area meet sign up thread.

I wish I could be there but Meghan and Jason are loaded up and ready for the trip so you guys will have a great time with team Autogeek while I help Max hold down the fort tomorrow.

Don't forget to take lots of pictures for us!

Will do!

I hope there is quite a bit of shade. Detailing for fun in the middle of a Florida summer?:surrender

I am looking forward to seeing everyone but we might want to rethink the time of year if this is going to be annual.

Just got back and it was excellent to see and meet some of the other folks here. Between the generosity of both Garry and the folks from AutoGeek I think everybody left happy.

Thanks again Garry and AutoGeek.

It was no problem, Paul. Thanks for comming out. The last count I had was 21 people. It was a good turn out! Thanks again Autogeek!

Oh, and thanks Troy for the DC hats! :dcrules

It was nice meeting some new friends and seeing some old ones. Great job, Garry and Heather. We all appreciate your hospitality.

Thanks so much to AG and DC, Meghan, Jason, Troy and Sheila for your generosity. Also...hey, Meguiar's, nice goodies. Thanks!

Big thanks to Garry & Heather, Meghan & Jason (Autogeek), and Troy (Detail City) for putting on a great event. It was terrific to meet some of the folks behind the amazing transformations we see. Astounding prizes from Autogeek, can’t wait to get my truck looking good enough to properly wear the Dodo wax sample!
Garry, I appreciate you taking time to answer my questions, and I’ll be calling soon to take you up on your offer.

Thanks again,
Mike from Orlando.

Enjoyed it. Autogeek made it very worth while for the attendees.:bigups

Garry you dog. That's one way to get help with a Saturday detail.:D

Nice work on the boat by the way.:bow if I get a heavily oxidized boat like that I will be taking you up on your offer to come help.;)

I have a few pics of the event. As soon as I wake my daughter up to find out what she did with the camera I will post them.

LOL. I should have never taken that Explorer yesterday, but I did get it wrapped up and returned to a happy client.

Autogeek did go quite overboard with the giveaways, but I'm not complaining!

It was nice to see you and the fam, Troy. Thanks for comming!

Was great seeing you again, for anyone that has not met JohnHenry before, this is one great guy! Enjoy those early Christmas gifts!;)

Think your daughter filled the memory card with pictures from Busch Gardens!
And yes Garry had some help on that explorer and it only cost him a hamburger!:rofl
Boat looked amazing, cannot wait to see write up.

Garry it was a great opportunity for our company to get out and meet some forum members, thank you to Max for letting us take so many goodies with us. We are fortunate to have a great staff where we can escape once in awhile and get out in public to talk to the customers. They are what makes us Autogeek, so feedback and the chance to talk to all of you is truly priceless.
Thank you all for having us and we look forward to seeing all of you at Detail Fest. :rockon

Well I did manage to dig up some pictures. My daughter had nothing better to do but take pictures. I can't understand why she didn't take very many.:hmmm:

Speaking of my daughter, I forgot to share this little funny story with everyone. I noticed something mounted in the back of Billy's (prsdntial_dtail) truck and asked him what it was. He answers by saying, " Wanna see your daughter jump?". Then he explained what it was and I said ahh yes let her have it.

So he pulls out his key chain and the next thing you hear is a quick burst from a train horn coming from his truck.:rofl My daughter was standing close by so guess what... she jumped. I jumped and I knew it was coming.

OK here are the pics:

Here's Garry's father-in-law's pride and joy (besides his daughter of course):

Here's Garry detailing while we all stand around and watch. It was too hot to do much else.

Oh yeah if you look close you will see JohnHenry slaving over the interior. Garry you dog!:
