Who here have used anything from Griot's products?

What did you try or use and please tell us your experience with the product.Ease of use, shelf life, durability.I myself have never used this product and once I find something that works I pretty much stick to that line.

That being said,I also know that product formulas change all the time. And if you don't stay currant and up to speed with new products available you can be left behind.

Any intelligence on this would be forthcoming.:wow::confused::dnaughty:idea:bonk::jawdrop:

I have used Griots products for about 3 years. Their best of show wax is very durable. I really like their undercarriage spray for wheel wells. U should check the work on my xc detail http://www.detailcity.org/forums/detailers-showcase/26408-detailing-my-xc.html. I just recently purchased their vinyl & rubber dressing haven't tried it yet but everything else i have loved the ease of use of all their products. The griots paint clay is very easily to use but tricky when using the pc adapter on the sides of the car. I find that u do have wear gloves when using their clay as it is very sticky when not wet. I have also used their paint sealant on the family surburban.

I have been using them for just about a year now and have great things to say. Some of their stuff is spendy but worth it. I highly recommend them.

I have heard good things about their clay, quick detailer and tire shine but never used it personally

I have used the following:

1)Paint Sealant:bigups
2)Best of Show:bigups
3)Fine Hand Polish:bigups
4)Speed Shine:bigups
5)Yellow Clay:bigups(Some of the best clay I've ever used...Other than Ricardo:rockon)

All of the above are no-doubt top of the line products. However I could not see myself using these products on a Daily basis as I feel you can acheive the same results using a product that is almost half the price.(Sorry Mr. Griot )

I've spoken with others about the Griots' clay and some find it too hard to be useful. While I disagree, when I get home, I'm going to do the clay-in-baggie-in-hot-water trick and see if makes it a bit softer.

My current favorite LSP is Four Star UPP. I have been thinking of trying the Griots Paint Sealant. Do you think it is any better than UPP or should I try it at all?

I have never used any of the 4-star Products so its Impossible for me to compare the 2.;)

:wow:I will say that Groits Paint Sealant is 1 of the finest I've ever used:bigups

I have a customer who is a Tremendous Fan of any/all Groits Products(He claims his Fathers Father used Groits:rockon)

Everytime I Do his cars he has a Fresh box of all the above(+ car wash soap) I'll do his cars and he will say>Ahh you keep whats left, I'll order more :D

He could eaisly fit the requirments to belong to Ronkh's Waxwasters Club :D

I will close on this, I certainally don't use Groits on a Daily Basis as the cost is a little bit out there:yikes:

But once or twice a month I will have that Special Car I wanna give a little more attention to:love:
And Everytime I find Myself Reaching for "Tha Good Stuff"(Groits:rockon)

Ok Flash, sounds good. The paint sealant is actually the only Griots product I saw that didn't seem like a rediculous price. At $17.99 for a 16oz bottle it seems like a good deal. I will place an order tomorrow.
