PB Wheel Sealant Rocks!

Just shy of a month ago I detailed my Sister-in-Law's Lexus. The post is here if interested.

During that detail I used Poorboy's World Wheel Sealant and I am so glad I did! We had a cold front blow through here last week. Nothing like all the snow you Yankees have seen, but it was cold for us and we had sleet and ice. Down here they put sand on the roads when we get ice. It makes for an huge mess. After the ice melted we had fog and drizzle so the cars got really dirty. My wife's Quest was so dirty I used the power washer :wall, but that's another story.

My Sister-in-Law brought over her Lexus so I thought I would show off how good the wheel sealant did!

This picture is of the dirty wheel. The photo does not do the dirt justice; however, it really wasn't terrible.

Here is a close up of the wheel. Now you can see the dirt better.

Take a look at this. I merely wiped my finger across the wheel and look at the shine that came through! :wow:

I cleaned them without a wheel cleaning product. Just car soap, water, and brush.

Finished wheel with another coat of PB Wheel Sealant, Pinnacle Black Onyx tire dressing and Chemical guys Bare Bones on the wheel wells.

PB Wheel Sealant is awesome! :bow

I've been using it for years...and your right it rocks...you get less dusting and clean up is much faster

I too love PB's wheel sealant. TBSS like all VW's are known for their rediculous amounts of disk brake dust that they produce. I hated busting out the car wash soap and all the scrubbing I had to do weekly to keep the wheels on my old VW's BBS CH's clean. I heard about PB's wheel sealant after got rid of the Vw and got my TBSS. It makes dealing with brake dust a lot easier. I just get a bucket of ONR at wash strength and knock out all four wheels in about half hour. I find you need at least 2 coats to get the best results. I used it on my sister neglected Elantra and her BF is surprised how easey her wheels are to clean. :rofl

This month Steve has been giving everyone great deals, but I can't afford to buy anything right now. Thankfully a little Wheel Sealant goes a long way!!

I don't use the product as often as I should. I always think it is going to take too long to bother with it. It always surprises me when I do use it!

Does anyone have tips on easier removal? It goes on easy. I use a Wolfgang Finger Pocket. But removing the product can be time consuming.

just make sure you spread it real thin and it wipes off like butter ;)

I trust that your post is a joke...:D

I know that you are fairly new, but its not common for members here at DC to write a review about products that they really like...in the case of PB line...its just that...It delivers!!
