Delayed pm notification

mine are coming an hour after sent and I'm also getting duplicates a day later very strange :huh:

Steve, yesterday in our exchange of pm's I was getting them about 30 minutes or so. I consider this a dramatic improvement. It used to be 6 to 10 hrs or more.

Hopefully the fresh install will solve this glitch too.
