Couldnt get in DC last night after 8 central. Does this every couple days at night and then in the AM a dew days later.

I have occasional issues but I found that by just closing the browser and my email client and then restarting it seems to come back. I am wondering that once it loses it the not found error gets cached or something and takes a few minutes to clear. It may be at isp level too. It happened this morning once already.
