Need some feed back on site update

Steve I like the site but it might be easier if you where to break down the site by product use....such as exterior and interior products...a specials area...I think you get my drift...I think novice people are looking to be directed to at what they are looking for...wax, polish, APC, etc

Some products can be used in two areas or more but this just allows the buyer to see the versatility of the product you offer.

Also the pic that you have there I'm not feeling it:D:D...I know your a fairly modest person but you should be on the site some place...sort of an explanation of you how you got here and why your product is what it is, It helps to brand the product...I surf the net all day long looking at company web sites...and there are few that don't have a bio area or about us tab.

Some people are interested in that..I would be!

I always tell my sales trainees ...if your company has a story then tell it

I agree with the comment about organizing them. If someone is new, it also helps to have some guidance on which product to choose when there a choice like what should once consider between EX and EX-P. I always thought the pro polish description could have been improved.

I agree with that as well. I'm not sure if there is a reason for the products being where they currently are but for example I think the S&G, QD+ and QW+ should be next to each other, not all over the place. Again, it'll be more organized that way. It's definitely heading in the right direction though.

I thought about this last night after I logged off...(i need a life) but lumping together the various products that are similar as you stated..S&G, QD, etc...make it easier for the buyer to see that they all accomplish the same thing but are slightly different...this would clear up a lot for a novice buyer

One thing that draws me to buying online is how the site sets up the product / service and an explanation of them...something that could be linked to the product would be a review or an explanation of what it is and usage...Some of the other car detail sites have areas that explain what steps you should make in cleaning an area...for the novice this is a great way to up sell more products.

Change the picture - it just doesn't look right

Categorize the items (like others have stated) - IE - exterior, interior, MF

Or

like this

Quick Detailers
1. spray & wipe
2. QD+

Swirl Removers
1. SSR3
2. SSR2.5

I think there are several types of buyers:

1) the researchers
2) sage advice from "informed" person

In the case of researchers, they want info, comparisons (why this and not that). The second crowd uses a post from someone as gospel and follows their advice.

I am more in the first camp.

:bigups:rockon.I know I'm late and won't add anything new but I like it better than the current one.
The picture of the guy on the car could be me after I finish with my car as I am :passout:.Looks clean, neat, and new.:passout:

I definitely think the products should be sectioned off like some have already mentioned. Also, if you do plan on going what you currently have up, it's best to have all the items on the left hand side alphabetized so it's a little easier to find what customers are looking for. The last five items on the list should probably be separated from the product names as well.

I have taken on my cousin to help revamp my site... she is working on it and it will be a work in progress for the next few weeks, so please be patient...we have taken many of your ideas to heart and hope you will all like the final product :)
