User Names?

We seem to have some unique, possibly even unusual user names.
Chances are that some of them have a reason behind them, but I sometimes have a problem figuring out what that reason might be. :)
Mine is really tough to figure out. :D

If your user name is a little out of the ordinary, it might be interesting to hear how you picked it.
Any takers?
 
Mine has to do with youth and coworkers commenting about how I dragged myself in after a night of partying like a dog on it's belly.
 
Well mine is named after a character from one of the scooby doo cartoons. As a teen I worked in construction and the guys I worked with, instead of calling me by my last name (Gaiski) they called me grisby instead, after the cartoon guy. So much for the history of my youth but the nickname stuck with me ever since.

I got my name, because I like anything fast, also I was a sprinter in high school, and back in the day I was fairly
quick. I can still beat my 11 year old son in a race, even
though he swears he can beat me. LOL so the old man
still has it, well some what maybe. At work Rockit is my
nick name, so I thought I would use it on this board what the heck. :)

seriously...I chose mine since I've owned 4 Honda's in my life and that's what I'll probably stick with. :D
 
Yeah I used to go by Gear_Head but on one forum, can't remember which one now. That name was taken. So I picked one that was similar but that I didn't think I would run in to problems with on other forums. I wanted to use only one name, truth is I can't remember more than one. So far this one has worked pretty well on a variety of forums for the past 10 years.

No, that is something that I have never considered. If Beavis is not striking your fancy, I am sure I could find something a little more eyecatching. Are you sure that's what you want? :eek:
 
We own a pressure washing company and I get to play with a giant squirtgun everyday.

People have a habit of cutting it down to "squirt",but at 6' 280 I'm far from being a squirt.
