Simple Green Car Wash?

It also states that it doesn't stip your detail job!
Which is probably true with any quality car wash product.

With all the well known car wash products available OTC and on-line, are you just wanting to try something new/different or is there supposed to be some advantage to this product?

Yes, it's available OTS and it's ENV friendly(er), cheap! Also, I like to try different products! The fact that I'm also sold on their Simple Green Max!

Bad habit, very bad habit to get into!
Don't ask how I arrived at that conclusion. :wall

Charles, sorry to say this but it's too late... :( I'm just a weekend detailer that will start detailing a few cars/trucks around the block to help pay off my stuff! LMAO! I started with one of those plastic totes, now I have many bins full of different products... lol I have to start emptying the older stuff to make room for newer!

Hey, when the passion for detailing runs in your blood, not much you can do!

Did you just get back from an accidental trip to another dimension from spilling the SG on the sidewalk and falling into the resulting hole? :D

I'd bank that SG car wash is some good stuff - even better when you add some Dawn. just make sure to be wearing a Zaino treated coverall outfit.

I searched for a dawn car soap I guess they don't make one yet, figured that would be a nice combo...

over time , it starts turning things yellow. Not good for car detailers! Use products that have been tested on cars. There is nothing special about that product that others can't compete with.

You mean "Simple Green Car Wash" hasn't been tested on cars? Why would they sell a car wash if you can't use it on cars?

I'd give it a try. I'm a sucker for car wash soap/ shampoo. But it would have to be really good to compete against PB Super Slick Suds.

Well, I made a mistake on price! It's not that cheap. On the Canadian Tire site, it states FROM: $6.99... But it was really $12.99 for 2L. So I opted for the Meg's GC Car wash! LMAO! I've never tried the GC so that's new for me!

But I'm sure one day I will try the SG! I was a bit skeptical to take a bottle for the reason that it had so much dust on the bottles, half were damaged and when you would remove the cap, some would pop the seal, like there was pressure! Was it fermenting? Maybe it was! LMAO!

I like Meg's GC. Sounds like you made a good choice.

It was the first time trying the Meg's GC and I'm VERY happy with it! I think it has an edge over their other soap Meg's Deep Crystal...

I am sure the simple green is safe for cars, perhaps the price might be more because it can make more...anyone know what the mixture level is?

i saw the simple green wash on sale and was skeptical but apparently its worth the money to get some megs GC Car Shampoo and call it a day, im currently using zipwax turtle wax car wash and works amazing for the price but its time to kick it up a little bit and get the best now that im detailing on the weekends and work fulltime.
If you want simple green and can get the anti bacterial cleaner in the thin spray bottle with a thick plastic tight wrapped label on the bottle that stuff works very well on interiors !
