Now this...is a smart car...

YNOT

Poorboys Rules!
I was checkin' out the smart car website the other day and it got me thinkin...if I was to buy one, this is how I'd trick it out...

So...whadda ya think?? Would you rock one of these smart cars...especially one that's tricked out?? As tiny as they are, I think they've got some potential. A nice dropped suspension, some custom paint, wheels...and of course some major mods to the rubber band they call a motor.

By the way, this was done in Illy 10...my favorite program.

Hope you enjoy it!

Oh...my old car was my inspiration for the paint job...

Your drawing is really cool - unlike the the Smart itself.
Where I come from they are quite common, but I have always felt that they are extremely unsafe and are more toys than real cars. Good in city traffic though.

But still - cool drawing

Very cool!

Not sure it makes me want one. But it would be the coolest one around for sure. Wouldn't take much time to detail something that small.

Thought I'd bump this thread and post two more fun ones I did last week...

One for SmartCup racing...

And one as a little twist on an old favorite...

Whatcha think of these two? Well...okay...aside from the fact that they have no 'real' horsepower...:rofl

I'd never drive or ride in one just because of the safety reasons. I would hate to be in that when it meets the business end of any of the SUV's we have in this country. I'm honestly a little timid of them in my lowered sedan(even though I have 10 airbags). I do like the renderings though. The General Lee got me laughing pretty good.

THese are finally comming to the states later this year...I saw that the top of the line one I believe goes for about $14,400...I saw one on the road the other day, actually on the highway and he was doing 65-70 mph in it...I had no idea what it was till I searched on it.

The first drawing is the coolest if you ask me.
As far as the car goes ,if you have any doubt about them being unsafe, just take a good look at the driver's face next time you see one,you can see the uneasiness and fear in their eyes:rofl

:rofl Now that's funny as hell!!

I agree...they may not be safe For some reason I've always been fond of the 'ugly' cars and how I can give them potential. Anyone can buy a Honda Civic or a Mustang and make it cool with a few bolt-on parts...it takes someone a little more effort to make an ugly car 'cool'.

Thanks guys...glad you enjoyed my renderings, they were fun to do.:bigups

Sorry Tony, no matter how much effort one puts into one some things they will NEVER be cool. Unique, perhaps. Nice paint job, absolutely but cool, no way. ;)
