MY OCD has overtaken me (bottles and labels)

Not sure where to post this, so here I suppose. My detailing cabinets full of bottles, too many brands to keep straight. My idea was to design a label and order a few dozen bottles and sprayers and have my eye level shelf look clean and organized. I know I could hand write labels, but my OCD makes me want to see bottles that look like actual stuff you can buy. Anywho, my graphic skills aren`t up to this task, so I`m wondering if anyone here knows a good freelance graphic designer? I want to pay someone to have a professional looking label template made, then I can edit in my product names and settle down my OCD. This is definitely way excessive, but on the flip side when my mobile detailing business goes live, I could look like I have my own product line lol.

thank youse

There was another thread where a guy made his own labels. My memory is sketchy these days, but I`m pretty sure he made it so people could save the "blank" labels he made so they can print them at home.

Donbeezy? R5 Detailing? Forget the guys name.

edit sort of found it. Over on the sister site. Though, there "may* be another thread somewhere?

Unfortunately, the links he shared the images to are no good now. But look through and get some ideas as to what others have done.

A tips from me would to be to look up a local company that print stuff on work clothes and t-shirts and many different things. They useally have some cool printers and programs and can print on most materials you can think of. Also they are useally quite good at what works to be printed and looks great and not just a mess when you get it printed. And when they have helped you get a print they have it saved and they can print it in different sizes and on other things than labels. It`s much easier with a personal contact too. If you are lucky you have one of these near you. There are also they that print logos and wraps for business that goes on many things too. Like wraped work vans and that prints for the logos on them too. Don`t think it would be any problems for them to design a label for you. Could be worth to check out.

I used makestickers.com to create bottle labels. It`s expensive for small runs like this but, yeah, OCD-type impulses can get that way.

If you know anyone who has a Cricuit or Silhouette. You can ask them to make you some labels. My wife does it as a hobby and only charges friends and family for the vinyl needed.

BEAUTIFUL! I love the simplicity of your labels, looked at the site, $59 for the size + number I`d want. No idea how much graphic designers charge. But, I can only imagine this will be a $300-400 ordeal when all`s said and done. Detailing`s expensive enough on it`s own, but being OCD too? lol.

Qd = Quick Detailer
Bm = uhhh... Baby Mama?
Wc = Wheel Cleaner
Ts = Tire Shine
Tc = Tire Cleaner
Ap = All Purpose
Id = Interior Detailer
Dr = uhhh
o2 Water

Did I get a passing grade?

Baby Mama made me chuckle. My guess is Bead Maker.

Yep, Bead Maker. Dr = dressing (Perl). o2 is actually HydrO2, probably a poor choice for the label.

Honestly, I don`t like them at all. The spray tips have to be torqued too tight in order to get a spray pattern and they break easily. They also drip way too much during spraying, and I don`t like the dual action pump fwiw. The best feature is the weighted supply tube that helps the sprayer work when the bottle is not level.

I like those bottles. Where did you buy them? I just use a plain old Brother’s label maker to keep up with my bottles. I do wish the label tape was bigger though.

That`s a shame. I was hoping for something awesome and I was a little bummed when the 500ml ones sold out.
