Help me find a towel I`m looking for, maybe?

I know this is a long long shot, but I wanted to ask the experts here. The towel I want isn`t made any more, well at least not by where I use to order it. But, I know on the forums I learned most towels are relabeled. This one being one of those, and someone knowing, well super long shot. It was the Uber glass towel, I think that was the name. It was pink and had zero nap, and no texture to it. It wasn`t silky like the clothes they give you with glasses, it reminded me of a thick paper towel. Tt`s the best thing I`ve ever used on windows. I`m down to my last one, so I contacted DD and was told they don`t have them anymore, and they pointed me to some TRC towel they sell now. *IF* I could find these I would order 10 or something. They were expensive, but my favorite thing for windows hands down. I used Google to see and fail, not sure who makes Uber towels but I`m sure it wasn`t there. I think DD`s just a husband and wife duo.

Sounds like you are looking for a Suede microfiber towel. Here is one you can search for on Amazon in 16x16 Arkwright Suede Glass Cleaning Cloth. I have never tried them.

TRC Korean Glass Towels work very well for me, but they are "silky" which you stated you do not want.

I`ve used both the green and pink Uber glass towels from Detailers Domain. I also have Korean Blue Glass Towels from TRC and while they`re similar, they`re not identical. In all honesty, I`m not a fan of either. IME the Uber line Phil sells is his house brand so it`s not a surprise the towels have changed over time.

My current towel is the CarPro GlassFiber Microfiber Towel and I love them. They don`t seem to stick to the glass and scrunch up like most of the towels I`ve tried.

Google "pink microfiber glass towels" and you`ll see some results that look very similar to those Uber towels, one in particular really stands out. The forum frowns on posting links of outside vendors but I`m sure you could send an IM if you don`t see what I see.

Good Luck with your search.

Sounds like mirafiber you are describing. I use the Zap Cloth. It needs only water to work, is reusable, and leaves zero lint, nor streaks.

This would be my first choice.

Second choice would be Sonax polishing clothes 15 pack.

Good luck !

I love this towel for three very specific reasons.

1. It glides effortlessly between your hand and the glass, and doesn`t bunch up & drag.
2. It never lints.
3. It`s made of a different material other than microfiber, so it automatically gets kept separate, no washing with other towels, so there`s near zero chance of cross contamination with wax towels, polish cloths, etc.
