Little old school big body. 2001 BMW 740 saved!

This was a clients sons BMW. I did a hellcat and when the son saw the turnaround on that he booked in his own 740.

This car was solid but being black it needed some serious correction.

Wash/decon

Hyper wash, nanoskin fine grade towel

Wheels/tires

Mckees Foaming wheel cleaner gel, IGL iron, Hydro Blue, Lata, hyper dressing

Correction- Rupes 21 Mark ll, Griots microfiber cutting pad, fast correction cream. Adams swirl killer mini was also used

Finish polishing- Rupes 21 Mark ll, Rupes yellow pad, hyper polish, Adams swirl killer mini, Rupes yellow pad

LSP- IGL Poly 1 year coating

Justins00ss- Hey, I`m late to this party, but did appreciate your posting it. I have a special fondness for that generation of 7-Series, borrowed one from a pal and was astounded to find myself falling madly in love with it, *never* woulda thunk it..somehow just suited me perfectly.
 
This is the first time I saw a black car with a coating really pop. Almost makes me want to switch LSPs Astounding work and if you do more black cars, certainly post them here.

Thanks Tom. Yeah when properly maintained it will last a year no doubt. But anything in the 10 month range in New England is average.
