Though,if you gave me a Jeep SRT8,I could live with it.^_^
Where is the truth in advertising.
So true.Thats an oxymoron. Advertisers and advertising people are probably the only people on the planet close to the liars that politicians are.
Back when the 1998 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 commercial when the trans am is coming through the ally way and then when the stoplight turns green you hear the trans am burp after eating the exotic sports car. I could not afford the car then but if I could that would be the one. But like you said test drives what makes or breaks a deal sometimes. As we all know they can make a pinto seemed like a worthy buy buy when you test drive you see the true colors.Let me ask my fellow Autopians about vehicle manufacturer advertising:
When was the last time a TV commercial about a vehicle made you WANT to go out and actually BUY that particular vehicle?? (OK, excluding the `64-1/2 Mustang when it first came out. Black-and-white TVs with a fuzzy picture hardly could do it justice and I was only 9 years old, so I could not buy one if I wanted to!!)
Most of my car purchases came from the result of test drives of a vehicle, not advertising.
Do you really need a vehicle "between the Traverse and the Equinox"??? I mean really now you need a vehicle that is only 3-4 inches bigger than the one below it? So STUPID. It should replace the Equinox IMO.
Corvette that still cant keep up 0-60 with a Tesla SEDAN lol
Cruz that looks just like the Corolla (which I think most cars are following the Toyotas big grill design)
I love GM but they just arent doing things well IMO.
