Crud, a Facebook thing. I know that`s the age we`re in, but Unfortunately I`m out.

Yeah, I hear you. I`ve not been on Facebook for 12 years. Facebook is being used as the capturing method, signing up for Griot`s Garage Newsletter. One does not have to have a Facebook account to register, nor do you have to sign up for Facebook.

Have fun in your garage
Jeff

My apologies - when I clicked the link, I was on my work computer that was apparently signed in to my coworkers Facebook account, so I misinterpreted the registration.

Looks like I’ll probably end up entering after all.

Thanks guys!

That would actually give me a way to wash my car for the next six weeks while I wait for scar tissue to form around this new pacemaker/defibrillator. lol

IMO this giveaway is a great idea! Hope the winner loves it and posts a review that sells a bunch of `em.

That`s actually the *exact* sort of situation that I`d think this geared towards! MUCH better idea than running it through a touchless IMO.

I`ve never been a foam wash kinda guy, but this whole system has me really intrigued. I`m able bodied, but severely free-time limited. This could be the ticket for knocking out quicker washes than my normal process allows. (OK, so I should have said that as "knocking out"...). I could see myself following with a waterless type wash each time since I always end up using a drying aid lately anyway.

Exactly. Would work great for both types of situations. I`m definitely curious how well it works. I bought the foam gun for a hose a couple years ago. That doesn`t really get the car clean. Just use it for pre soaking really dirty cars now. I think I would get the air Foamer to use it with so the product didn`t get diluted. I would think going that way with a pressure washer rinse might just do the job. Have to admit I am a little sceptical though...

As much as I would love to try the GG foam cannon. Since I already have a cannon I’ll pass and let someone else try to win one.

Yeah, the hose-end foamgun is, *IMO*, best used in conjunction with (mechanical) wash approaches, just to provide constant lubrication and flushing. This sort of thing is a whole `nother ballgame.

I would think going that way with a pressure washer rinse might just do the job...

The appropriateness of that is *VERY* situational/subjective. Works well for me a lot of the time, but that`s just me. This foaming system oughta be much more effective.

If I had different vehicles/priorities/[INSERT various subjective factors] I`d be all over this. If I had it in-hand right now I`d use it on our Service Loaner right this afternoon!

Guessing we won`t find out till later tonight or tomorrow. As per the OP: Contest runs from Saturday, June 9 at 8:00 am through Friday, June 15 at 12 pm PST. Winners will be selected and contacted via email on Friday, June 15.

That PST gets me everytime.
