This is a new client who wanted his Corvette ceramic coated. A paint correction and protection package was in order for this white beast!
The paint was not horrible, although it was full of swirls. It was difficult to capture on my camera, but my Scangrip lights DO NOT LIE! Lol.
The paint readings on this were surprisingly low. I was getting averages on the horizontal panels of about 3.0mils if I was lucky. The vertical panels were a bit better averaging around 3.8mils. I couldn’t go bezerk on the finish.

Thanks all!!! Budget: I only use it as a topper to prevent water spotting. I have not used it as a stand alone...yet. I plan on doing so soon, cuz I`m curious. As a topper, I like it, easy to use, excellent slickness. Can`t tell you about its` properties or anything due to me not using it on one of my vehicles! It`s a little pricey that`s for sure. Sorry I couldn`t be more help.

No worries, thanks for the info you provided. I`ve only used it on top as well, just not sure what to make of it. Booster? Enhancer? Sealer?

And 22ple can be pretty, uh, less than clear when ya do manage to get a hold of `em. Great products though...among my favorites.

Hell yeah Scott! Great job!

I have a Laguna blue c7z06 coming next week for wheels off service. What blocks did you use with your quickjack to lift it? Was it pretty easy to setup on the Vette?!?! I hoping mine will be easy to setup on my quickjack.

Excellent work! I think the new Corvettes are much nicer to correct than that rock hard older clears. Did you find any factory defects? Again, excellent work!

Thanks all! Justin, invest in some of the jacking pucks. They are a lifesaver even with the quickjack. I used the blocks and some hockey pucks to lift.

Mike: I found several minor defects from the factory. Nothing major thought which was a breath fresh air.

Nice work as usual. How do you decide what lsp to use ? Just curious because your work is always perfectly on point.
