I went looking for this shampoo/polish and found it for .99cents
at Advance Auto, got 3 for a little over 3$

That`s crazy pricing, Mary. I see that stuff in the stores for $15 -$18/bottle. Never tried the stuff. Kinda curious about it...
 
That reminds me of the Turtle Wax Ice Clay Wash stuff. I went nuts and bought like 3-4 bottles of it. Sitting this round out! B)
 
Thanks Mary. Gonna head to my Advance Auto and see if they have it. This is a great product to use on boats.

One of the Advanced Auto locations here had it for .85 cents! I bought the last 5 bottles on the shelf. I may check others to see if they are around there too.
 
I`m pretty sure when this product came out someone predicted this thread.

I would try and find that but when I searched on "Meguiar`s Wash Plus" and came up with a bunch of promising threads, clicking on them just brought me back to the home page. Oh well.

Wash plus is a great way to remove bugs from grills, bumpers, windshields and rocker panel gunk from a neglected car. I spent 25-30 mins using this product on a Meguiar’s MF was mitt and big sponge on my FIL’s truck last month. That was just the front bumper. Worked so well removing a summers worth of bug guts. I saw no marring, I cheated and kept my mitt and sponge lubricated with HW wash solution.

If you haven’t tried Wash Plus, you will be surprised at how neat of product it is. However, the average consumer will look at this relatively small bottle and compare it to other much larger and less expensive Meguiar’s car wash bottles and likely choose the cheaper alternative. It will probably be discontinued. Let ok no further than Meguiar’s D114.
 
Probably true Setec, and Meguiar’s knowing that a bunch of car washing-obsessed guys on MOL, AGO, and Autopia while buy anything that sounds like the newest and greatest product. But it really is a great product:) especially at 99 cents.
 
Just ran to my local Advance auto and picked up their last two bottles. They had them on clearance for .85cents so good deal for sure. I have a bottle that I bought when it came out and really like it. Like others have said it`s great for doing a wash before polishing and cleans up cars quite well. It doesn`t have a ton of correction but enough where it counts.
