Buzzard bombed !!!!

I went to get coffee, the car was fine. I got home, the car was fine. Drinking my coffee and looking out the window minutes later and THIS .....

I had to use the garden hose on full-blast for several minutes (somehow it dried in the few minutes that I was away) to get it off, then there was the "ghosting" of the bomb impact area on the paint. A ton of D115 and some gentle wiping with a clean microfiber, and no more ghosting.

I looked and there is no nest above my car and it`s parked at the very edge of the tree - tiny branches and leaves, so nothing big could have sat there and nailed me ... could it?

Actually three times. Just a day or two ago, I got hit on the trunk lid with a single LARGER bomb, but I didn`t get pics of that one. That bird or birds must have eaten Taco Bell or something.

Thats one bird they have some crazy explosive diarrhea. I had one the other day that had to cover a 4 inch circle and it was dried on really well and left some etching. Daily drivers are just destined to be imperfect, learning to live with it is the hard part (for an Autopian).

I got stopped in traffic at a red light for a few minutes recently. There was an overhead wire, covered wing to wing with birds, directly over my stopped vehicle. I kept hearing pop, pop, pop as the bird crap was hitting my car and I couldn`t move to get away. ARRRGH! I counted 22 deposits on my paint and windshield. Talk about being pissed, LOL.

This proves that you`re an Autopian... you actually counted the number of hits instead of just washing them off. LOL
