booked this one earlier in the month and it arrived yesterday morning.
full interior and wash clay wax was the initial booking
toyota minivan, not sure what year model
upon delivery it was clear this car needed some serious love
enter Poorboy`s World...
bug squash
iron remover (about 1/2 of the 32oz bottle!!)
bug mesh towel
apc
spray and rinse
super slick n foam (hose cannon)
super slick n wax (i like how it rinses off even easier than sss, gonna pick up another bottle since im almost out of my original one)
bold n bright
probably forgot something
side note: also steam cleaned interior
Poorboy`s enzyme
carpet cleaner
natural look
glass cleaner
leather stuff on seats
cherry scent
no pics of interior, i was up against a deadline and knew i had to get after it and my phone was inside charging as i ran the battery down jamming out earlier
it was much worse than i could photograph, trust me
i did two passes of iron removal on the roof and there was still junk leftover so i took ssw and my bug mesh micro and it took out most of the remaining junk
i probably should have used the mesh towel when the iron remover was dwelling but i covered it with ss+foam then bucket washed
a few of those spots were chips but some of that funk was still there
when i pulled the vehicle into garage i was greeted by this wonderful sight post red nanoskin clay sponge
hood
I called owner and advised how I could remedy the oxidation/soap stain buildup and advised I`d also throw in glass and headlight polishing for X price
game on, now this is a job I can really get into...
enter Poorboy`s Polish w Carnauba (pwc-regular)
this was the only pb polish i havent tried yet, so I chose it over pws which is running low
just like all the other pw products this one simply performs and is an absolute joy to work with and smells like tropical sun tan lotion
pina colada i think but could be wrong
lhr 21 mk2 , rupes yellow pad, speed 4
a reflection, yah!
used duetto and orange hydrotech pads w PWS on roof and glass
roof came out about 97% after polishing..there were some black spots left that I realized were chips
n914 rw on the large minivan jam areas which were probably Never cleaned...
and guess who I saw checking out my work...again
it started to walk away before I could get my phone to take the pic
some finished shots at 640pm
and naturally a thunderstorm came less than an hour after delivery but i bet they enjoy the beads!
took from 930am to 630pm almost nonstop but a nice save and thats why we do this anyways
thanks for viewing
edit: finish is pwc only, no nattys topper but i did use spray and gloss after each panel
