Who has used PA Sprayduster?

I need some first hand experience here.
Where would you honestly rank this among your QD arsenal (performance based only- I don`t care that it`s expensive, it`s for me)

I have been wanting to try it but to be honest I can`t imagine anything replacing my Spray and Wipe for light cleaning - I couldn`t live without it.

But I figure if my car is gonna be lathered in PA products I might as well give their QD a try. Not like I haven`t already started a collection, lol

Is it even possible to make money with those? Or just for your car?

I purchased ALL of those with business profits...so it didn`t cost me more than some time in an AC`d garage doing something I love

Yes, they were purchased for my car but Also with the intention of providing Ridiculous Shine to my car club family for Ridiculous Prices (which would pay for the products several times over- assuming that was even necessary.

So, yeah, I`ll definitely turn this paid in full investment into significant RIO (return on investment) within my fiscal 2nd quarter at minimum.

Spray duster is a good drying aid.

Not for any thing other than if you own a collection of cars that never get driven and you need to clean the dust off that the climate control dust collector didn`t filter. I guess that`s where the "duster" came from.

It does seem to leave "something" behind. I used it for inspecting a black Porsche that had zero lsp. When I went back to do the detail the only place that beaded and sheeted water was where the duster was used.

lol

I apparently glossed over your post, sorry!

so you are not making my bank account any happier by telling me that it left "something" which piques my interest (after I was just looking for one valid opinion to allow me to not want to buy this product (just for saving money`s sake).

maybe I will just buy the 100ml from Germany with some other stuff i`d like to try that autopia doesn`t sell (yet).

S & W leaves something too...a nice slick shine with no additives...I guess for that price I think I could have RapidWaxx as a drying aid instead which definitely adds more "something"....and keep my QD as is

Did you see how I tried to turn that full circle? lol

I have not tried spray duster. I have used Poorboys spray and wipe and love it. I have also used waterless wipe by limitless car care and I really love it too. I Got a sample with their towels I recently purchased and went back for more towels and a gallon of waterless wipe. I have not used the spray and wipe in a while so I don`t have a comparison between the two but I am really liking the waterless wipe. For the $ I don`t think I`d jump on spray duster and I`m a big polish angel fan and rationalizer. That said if a credible source here posted that spray duster rocked compared to what I have been using and it was something I was using as my go to product I might take the plunge.

Stick to Rapidwaxx, the "something" in that would be more significant.

I would never restock Sprayduster after mine is gone. Actually I have 2/3 of a bottle left in a year and a half. I may use it today after a glissante wash on the Cosmic Coated Taurus. Which by the way IMO is better looking than Viking Coat. I am looking forward to V2.

ok I think I will pass on sprayduster based off all the feedback

I`m wondering if it would be ok to top cosmic v2 with centurion about a week after v2 has cured

There shouldn`t be any compatibility issues, since rapidwaxx was recommended maintenance before cosmic spritz.

I do believe it would negate the V2 since you will have all properties of centurion, and centurion is color matched. In that case I would just use master sealant then centurion, possibly High Gloss, and maintain with Wulfenite, Zirkon, or Rapidwaxx.

Polish Angel makes another QD that PBMG doesn`t sell, called Presto, and it`s my favorite QD (with shine) if price were no object. I haven`t tried Spray Duster. Does it leave gloss behind? In other words, a QD with shine? Most are. If so, you can`t compare it to Spray & Wipe. In fact, I`ve found nothing to compare to S&W. Spray & Wipe Stands Alone!

It doesn`t add any Shine but leaves something. What exactly, I can`t say but the spot I used it on the water behavior told me something was left

I guess I don`t need a QD to leave anything...Spray and Wipe just brings back the PA already on there...and if I`m cleaning a coating like csl + exo I don`t really need anything to be left.

It was thick and grabby when trying to remove. I felt like I was trying to remove a dried on compound. I don`t know if it left anything behind because I used another QD to remove all of the PA Sprayduster. I only tried it once and placed it in my "don`t use" space. It would get my "worst product of the year" vote. I`m happy with every other PA product I`ve tried. I guess there is a clunker in ever lineup. Save your money.

I decided to put that money towards the cosmic v2 kit instead

makes it much less expensive (in my head at least) :)
