They both have the bare essential upgrades I`d want... edit-392 8speed auto, and in my budget, lol

If they only had metallic black id be in real trouble, but it doesnt come in a shaker.

392 hemi btw. The 8speed autos run low 12s on drag radials

My car runs low 13s on same

It gets better mileage (hell, wouldnt be hard)

Same brakes as on my 09
Same suspension, prolly better since new
For $200 you can hack and unlock all the srt pages like track timers etc

I will pocket 5k for "future mods" - headers,exhaust, cam, drag radials
Once broken in

I will have a new project

But i will miss my car...

Tough choices

The kicker, I`ll have almost Half down from my trade in..they dont even care that it was wrecked, appraiser said "ive never seen (even) a new black car that was this clean"

Surely there`s a downside, right?

Car payments, that`s about it..but its almost exactly the same as my current one and my truck payment will disappear end of next year

Its no hellcat, but I`d hurt myself or someone in one of those probably. who ever goes 200 mph anyways? ! Insurance is amlost 100more/month on hellcat as opposed to 20 or so w/this

No adjustable suspension. ..never had it and would lower car anyways so no need for fancy suspension

Its essentially everything my 09 srt has, but its new, a shaker, 6.4 over my 6.1 and 8speed auto over my 5speed auto

both cars are still sitting on that lot

I`m going tomorrow to see what kind of end of month deal they have for me (he said its GOOD and he doesn`t expect me to leave with my black car) so we`ll see...

think im gonna trade both vehcicles in, as I don`t do mobile anymore (nor do I intend on starting mobile up again) so I really don`t need the truck anymore

I found out from my mgr friend at another dodge dealership what that exact car costs dodge too...so if I don`t get a ridiculous deal, I`m headed home tomorrow in my same car (happily)

but man that would make on nice road trip car to DF `17 in March!

they`re both blue
b5 is the bright one
jazz is the dark one
both metallic

both same price on sticker too

I like the jazz blue better- it looks black in the evening and at night
but the b5 has the awesome bright vs dark contrast with the shaker hood etc

That means I might end up having the nicest brilliant black paint in ACLX :P, are you really ready to give up that title? lol, I love the b5 blue, if I ever trade in my car i`d have to get b5 or sublime green.

That Jazz blue is GORGEOUS!!! I rarely see anything in that color, and even then it is usually a charger. A hellcat challenger in that color would make my knees weak lol


EDIT: Forgot to mention, I really love the new 392`s. Beastly car

Well based off the numbers the guy has been mentioning...mind you I`ve been working a deal since this thread started (in September) on the same exact car

They either wanna move it or I`m gonna take a nice field trip to San Antonio for my day off and end up throwing 5k or so under my current SRTs hood. Either way I come out a winner! Lol

I have an interesting situation happening myself. The owner of my old badass SS Camaro messaged me the other day asking if I would be interested in buying it back. He is opening up a shop and thinks he could use the money. He isn`t dead set on it yet.

I will be honest in saying that I am strongly considering it due to the sentimental value that car holds. Unfortunately my procharged gto would need to go.

Im finally gonna drive the new 392 8speed tomorrow so that is gonna do me in i bet, lol

Its just money and negotiating after that

Ive patiently waited 3 months. I can wait more if i need to
