Me too, I love those 16x16 PFM`SAh,OK, thanks for the info. Yeah, that`s a good size IMO, at least if you have enough of `em, though the 16x16 is what I like for drying.

I got this straight from the staff at Griot`s
Best of ShowDetailer is positioned as Griot’s Garage premier spray detailer. Our long heritage of offering one of industries best- Speed Shine, combined with our “Take the best that exists and make it better” mentality motivated the creation of Best of Show Detailer.
We’ll always offer Speed Shine as it is one of our best sellers and beloved by many, in addition to being our only recommended Spray Detailer for use as clay lubricant.
Best of Show Detailer is designed to maximize your color, depth & clarity to any painted surface while safely removing light dust, bird droppings and finger prints. It can be used in direct sunlight, perfect for the car show environment and has an ultra-fast wipe off in any temperature.
If additional performance characteristics come into play…
With a standard microfiber cloth, Speed Shine requires an initial wipe, with a flip of the towel to flash. Hence, Best of Show Detailer will deliver faster wipe-downs in wider ambient temperature ranges.
Additionally, Speed Shine should be used in the shade on cool surfaces
I knew you would come in and add something and I am right yet once again, thread dies down as Chad echo`s my sentiment and you were also one of the "three amigo`s" on the Boss launch thread with silly biased posts.
When will you guys learn?, even though most of you are allowed to roll out your comments as "Opinion" when I pin ears back yet once again I will be "The problem". So a bunch of products that have been available for years really bothers you? really....................
I expose the lying bias yet again as by assertions made any company that dares to offer a product offends you(Not really true as we all know but only Griot`s is attacked over and over again) and with the absurd comments you only drive people to try Griot`s products because anyone who reads this stuff knows the difference between what guys say that actually use the products as opposed to a small group of "Enthusiast detailers" who do not rely on detailing for their income trying for selfish reasons to hurt a company and it has not worked at all btw.
Vega if you clip this post just remember you work for a company who retails Griot`s products so if the disparaging comments are left up and mine are "Edited" yet again then we all know the motivation here.
This is why you hardly see any good content anymore, why would the top guys want to participate in this stuff?.
What is the "motivation here"???
Not a big fan of Griot`s recent product choices - so what? I would go so far as to argue that us "enthusiast detailers" make up the bulk of Griot`s sales, so my opinion is just as valuable as yours.

Wow!
I am not a big fan of some products and companies myself, but even if I have a opinion which is negative I will not succumb to being a "Homer" or "Obvious fanboy" because those descriptions are there to point out dishonest bias much like dishonest political pundits you see on TV all day everyday.
Nobody including myself is here to tell you that you cannot have a opinion on whatever, but I could link a detailingbliss post you made where you dissed the Boss 21 machine and even mentioned you were "Banned" on another forum because they sold that machine and Chad aka Rasky pointed out the bias then and I am pointing it out now.
A product should be judged on performance period................... you said some very negative things about Griot`s offerings that you do not say about any other company so let`s review those.
1.Griot`s makes the machine in China, well so do others
2.The Boss 21 looks exactly like the Rupes, and as I pointed out correctly so is the Ansa offering and the Gloss-it machine both Chinese sourced machines and Meg`s has their machines also made there and I pointed out you did not say the same things about those machines except a general disdain for overseas origin and I mentioned at the time Rupes machines were made in Italy which is "Overseas"
Rupes does not sweat those cheap imitations, but when the Boss line was rolled out those things about the machine which were improved over the Rupes caused Rupes to release a much improved Gen 2 offering addressing the shortcomings(Something I predicted would happen and was easy to see that this would be the case after the Boss 15 & 21 machines received good reviews). I would never expect everyone to like everything about all products that hit the market but when you are obviously biased and then proven to also be dishonest and have a agenda then there is going to be a problem.
I do not know everything, never claimed to as well even though such things like I am a egomaniac or a mean guy are attributed to me.................. I do admit to getting steamed and coming off as "Holier than thou" but I really care about fairness and truth and would say I am a truthful person who doesn`t always tell the truth which is indicative of everyone breathing as EVERYONE has lied in their life. I do have a well rounded knowledge of the detailing craft and that is not debatable as I have proven that fact and if some of the things I were privy to about individuals and/or companies and products were to get out.......... oh man it would be bad no doubt.
Now hopefully Swanicyouth let this stuff dialdown, let go of the obvious bias and if Griot`s gear sucks well then that will get discussed here and the products will fizzle. But to continue to be always on the forefront of a dig of Griot`s is a embarrassment for anyone to see and not fair at all.
I stand behind al those comments, as well as the fact the Boss system is a direct copy of the Rupes system.
If you are so passionate about detailing and care about "fairness and truth", why not support the companies that innovate new stuff - and just not reverse engineer what others have already pioneered ?
That is how cool NEW stuff (like the Rupes Nano) comes to market. BTW, the Rupes Mk IIs were in development prior to the Boss line coming out, unless you think some that post here lie
You are free to like or dislike whomever you - choose - and post it here. So am I. So, it seems I am a Rupes fanboy and you are a Griots fanboy. So what?
I am a Griot`s fanboy...................... Let`s review reality.
I was the FIRST detailer in the US to own a Rupes 21, I presently have ALL of the Rupes line in my possession (15 & 21, TK50, Mini 75 quantity two, ibrid nano) so only the Duetto to be honest do I not have so almost the whole line.
Again let us roll the beautiful bean footage.......................... I tested for Meg`s and 3D and touted the quality of the products that were released then respectively which was the Meg`s D300 and microfiber pad products which were ironically bashed by a guy like you and a huge fight came about just like this one and D300 and the cutting discs were a resounding win for Meguiars.
When 3D was about to release the HD Adapt I was one of group of detailers who tested three versions of that product as well.................... am I a fanboy of HD/3D?, hardly and was even hard on them over some of their offerings at the time(Older members will remember this)and just like these two examples I was approached by Jeff @ Griot`s who btw I have known personally since the middle 90`s to test the Boss buffer and liquids(and btw Jeff was involved when he was with Meg`s on the D300 project) I even told him I will say the truth good or bad depending on my best evaluations as it unfolded.
My issues with you is the knee-jerk "Griot`s copied Rupes" when for almost two years other cheaply made versions (In my opinion) were available and there was not the focused attacks like the ones directed at Griot`s and even you would have to admit unless you are totally biased the Boss line has done well DESPITE your musings as when the dust up before came about I had guys PM me and ask "Hey I know you know you`re stuff what is the real deal?".
Look, the Gen 2 machine by Rupes is excellent(Had one sent to me and used it for a whole week) and some of the issues the Boss machine addressed Rupes fixed just like I predicted, but for the same guys to keep whining "Where`s the innovation?"....................... it takes time to release products and Griot`s has moved from a boutique product profile to also offering products that they did not have before in which Jeff aspired to IMPROVE on products already available and this is a bad thing how?
He is working on lot`s of NEW stuff that cannot be discussed obviously but if they are approved by the Boss I doubt you will give them credit no matter how good they are(Typical). Just be honest and fair...................lose the obvious bias Swanicyouth as anyone that can read can see it.

You are boldly incorrect. He doesn`t like any of em ex the Rupes. He has posted that all along.
Ron he never attacked those other offerings like he did Griot`s because I checked.....................thoroughly. I will agree with Swanicyouth about one thing it is unproductive as a whole.
But some have agreed as to the opportunity never missed to take a shot at Griot`s, why do it? they make good stuff and if you have older products from them I cannot opine on that as I am talking about stuff I have used personally which is my point on taking shots at products you have not used like the buffer and Boss line of liquids.
