Your favorite products that just seem to "melt" into paint

Woke up to light rain this morning and not much to do on the day`s agenda.

Decided to head out to my shop and crack open a fresh jar of Pete`s 53 that had been sitting in my detailing cabinet for a month or so after picking it up during a recent sale.

Proceeded to put down a fresh coat of wax on my `65 Riviera Gran Sport garage queen.

Wow! Just like Pinnacle Souveran and Wolfgang Fuzion, this paste wax spreads so easy and seems to just "melt" into the paint. You barely need to buff it off. Here is one quick shot of the results:

This got me thinking of other detailing products I`ve tried that provide a similar experience. Here`s a short list of some that gave me that same sensation of melting into the paint when I first tried them (and still do!):

Fuzion
Crystal Mist
Prima Hydro

BFWD Polymer Spray

This sensation must trigger a dopamine release in my brain or something that just makes me want to buy more products. Welcome to the addiction right?

What products can you add to the list that just "melt" into your paint?
 
All I can think of is synthetic sealant 2.0. All my carnauba is just gold class and high tech yellow, neither do that.

Sadly not made anymore, but DP POLI COAT PAINT SEALANT. For a 1-step it just applies great and comes off even eaiser. Not a fussy sealant. And the protection is fantastic.

OTHERS:
Griots spray on wax.
BFCS
MEGS wax as you dry
Prima hydro wax as you dry.
DP MAX WAX.
PB NATTYS BLUE.
WG Polymer spritz.
 
Really liked XMT 180, smells like grape gum, can`t get anymore, luckily I have a tub.
Maybe Mc37s is the same ? dunno :blink:

On a related note I will ask the question:
How does CG Pete`s53 wax compare in shine/gloss/depth to Pinnacle or Fuzion, especially on a dark vehicle like your black Riviera?? If it`s close, Pete`s53 seems to be a good value-priced option for those of us who detail "garage queens" that some of us own or prep for car shows for others.

I love both Souveran and Fuzion, but I have to say that Pete`s 53 was every bit as good as far as gloss and giving that `nuba glow on my "Midnight Blue" dark colored Riv.

Definitely a great value and a perfect choice as an LSP for cars taken to local car shows and cruise-ins
