The 10 Muscle Cars Everyone Forgets About

Born in 1980, forgot about?? How about never heard of or seen before. I really dig the Olds Rallye 350 and the Pontiac 2+2. The front end on that Pontiac is awesome. Thanks for sharing Ron.

Really, forget the 68 Hemi Cuda ?. The Hemi under glass roaming around drag strips all over the country, Sox and Martin Campaigning across the country. I definately loved that body style.

My Father bought a 1965 Mercury Cyclone Comet. Black with red interior. My first car that I helped wax and wax. Turtle Wax of course.

Dad and I were just feeling sad for the poor Chevy SS this last weekend. The G8 also sorta suffered from this but not as bad as the bowtie does. I`d love to have an SS what a freaking sleeper, it looks more like the 1998 style Malibu than a RWD monster!!!

let`s add one more...

Not sure the Nova is a forgotten muscle car. They seem to be everywhere almost as much as a Camaro. Not that I dont LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE both cars, Im just saying they seem to be popular.

The SS is a great combination of power (415 hp) and comfort.

I bought a 2016 Chevy SS in early July when GM included it in their 20% off sale and am definitely enjoying it.

Forgotten? Huh, must be a generational thing, I remember all of those like it was yesterday.

I had a `70 Chrysler/Hurst 300! Oddly enogh, mine had a column shift and no Hurst shifter! (Yeah, it was the genuine article and not a clone, bought it from the owner of the local Chrysler dealership with all the paperwork.) Terrible build-quality but the car was cool enough for a State Trooper to write a speeding ticket down to no-biggie numbers after we talked about the car for a while :D 1970 was my Magic Year for MOPARS, all my good ones were from `70.

The dogs and I would *really* like one of those big-block wagons..

Now for a *truly* forgotten Muscle Car (well...somewhat muscular, cam/etc. fixed that) google up a `79 Dodge Magnum GT. That`s what I traded in to get the 300H.

I didn`t realize the typhoon was so powerful for its day

For the early 90`s it was the class of the field, quicker than the Corvette. However, with more boost and less weight, the Syclone pickup was quicker. I used to manage a GMC Dealer and had the pleasure of taking some of each as my company cars. I used to love embarrassing Mustangs with Flowmasters with my quiet little non-descript black pickup.
