I think that may take care of itself soon. Most of the shows I go to, most of the people know exactly who details it. Someone will say something to him.

I sorta hope he shows to a show that Ang, Steve and I are at. Now that would be GREAT.

I wish I was there, I would have played a competing detailer and then beat the pants off him with facts. Who doesn`t love verbally ripping apart morons like that. Its one thing to be stupid, its another to be stupid on someone else dime. That guy should be cutting grass not working on expensive toys...
 
Regrettably, this does happen a lot, especially at the end of car shows. Regrettably, then the charity, or whomever is sponsoring it gets a bad rap for a/one bad apple. Here in So. Cal. I`ve seen it ALOT!! The key is to make sure you give the heads up to all, and for the next time, so it doesn`t happen to the owner of a prized vehicle (obviously it does work $$$ or he/she wouldn`t be there due to many owners not really giving a 2 cents about their vehicle, only about themselves, and how they will win). I absolutely, totally understand the way you handled it (if I were out of town, and out of my comfort zone, walk away, have a nice dinner) just next time get the card, WAY TOO Much Fun For Later. P.S. Did the person say they worked for Bernard Madoff Detailing? I think the guy deserves a shellacking of his own. Way too funny about the pics, another B.S. ploy they use for marketing, love the poly stuff.
 
That was a cringe worthy read. You could always tell him you know a really good detailer on Autopia named Ronkh and maybe he will go online and look up your pictures. Can`t wait for your boys to come help out with the new ride. We need a new old dudes in the sun thread. Perfect timing too. Right when summer starts haha.
 
I see a lot of detailer ads on Craigslist with questionable pictures.

Hmmmmm so you detail in Florida....but you`ve got a picture of a car you detailed in front of the golden gate bridge hmmmm...
