Ordering problems with autopia

Over the past month and a half,i have placed 3 orders with Autopia. In all i have spent around $1500 , and every order i have placed has been wrong. I either get wrong items ,or items are missing.I was kinda ticked when i got an order today and i received the wrong pads. Has anyone else been experiencing these same problems?
 
I`ve only had one order with Autopia so far, rest had been at AG. However in the future it will not be just orders from AG. Autopia did mess up my order(forgot to include my free bottle of BF spray wax from a promotion), I sent Ray a message, he shipped out a box almost immediately. I thought something was weird when a box with one bottle of BF spray wax weighed 13lbs according to tracking info....my suspicions were validated when my box arrived with about $180+ in extras/freebies. AG has awesome customer service as well, so I can`t say that I will only order from Autopia in the future, but I`d say that most probably will be. As a whole PBMG has amazing customer service and truly knows how to take care of their customers! Shout out to Ray@Autopia, and Nick@AG, as well as all the others who take care of us at PBMG!!

Order online or by way of phone? I know that nothing is quite like getting it right the first time but these guys will ALWAYS make it right, just give them the chance.
 
i always order online. Dont get me wrong,they did take care of my other 2 orders.It just ticks me off that i cant count on these guys to get my orders correct. The pads i ordered were for a detail this weekend,and i am outa luck now. Now i have to call a customer and tell him maybe next weekend
 
Kinda timely.

I don`t think I have ordered any detailing products since 2014 - I have a TON of stuff.... I just wanted a few new things - maybe $100. I PM`ed someone here today to see if they could match a competitor`s free shipping sale that ended today.

No response.

A simple "no" would have been fine.
 
I feel your pain and still have never experienced any problems with AGO or Autotopia. I have received zero problems in the last 12 months with 50-60 deliveries from FedX and UPS. I have received defective or damaged items that I sent in photos of and they were fixed instantly. I also have received free samples that make me feel like family.Give them a call and ask them to double check your order for accuracy next time and you should never have the bad luck again.
 
Sorry that you`re recent order experiences have been disappointing.

I`ve ordered a TON of stuff over the past several months and have not had any issues other than someone in the warehouse pulling the wrong bottle of a Poorboys product during a recent sale... Was quickly rectified with the correct product shipped out ASAP.

I`ve always had good service with Autopia and expect that your recent experience is the exception and not the norm.
 
I just received and order that was wrong. A product was forgotten and another product (that I didn`t order) was sent in it`s place. Not a huge deal...they were willing to make it right as soon as I made contact, but the product I DID order was no longer in stock. It kinda sucked as I needed it for a weekend project and had to hurry up and express ship it from another place. They did quickly refund me though.
I`ll still buy again...and I didn`t think much about it until I saw this thread. Maybe they need a new packer-checker.
 
My orders have had the occasional mishap, but they always make it right. I usually ask for Ray since he frequents the forums quite a bit and he is pretty quick and understanding and gets it right.
 
That simply isn`t true. People do have days off. One can certainly argue that perhaps there needs to be a weekend shift or even more peeps but that isn`t the same as people not caring.

Not at all but this assumes a person gets all the way through their PM`s each day. In a perfect world this would be the case but I know I don`t get to everything I`d like to every day. I`m pretty sure they`ll match/beat the offer you had seen. I certainly can`t speak for anyone but I do think they`ll take care of you if you give them the chance.
 
If the pm didn`t work did you try to call? I can`t see anyone sitting by the computer all day to check pm`s. If they don`t respond to your pm pick up the phone, unless it is not really important. I know if I really need something to start a project I`m going to call and see when it is going to be shipped to me. The personal touch will get you the best service.

I just received and order that was wrong. A product was forgotten and another product (that I didn`t order) was sent in it`s place. Yep it sounds like something you ordered was out of stock. We always contact you with an email and voicemail to notify of the backorder item and sometimes we`ll just replace it with a similar product to hold you over until the original item is back in stock and it ships out separately. Then you get to keep both products. But this of course depends on the product or tool.

I hate seeing a $300 order being delayed because a $3 wax applicator is out of stock, so we`ll just replace the item with a similar applicator to get the order shipped if we can`t get a hold of you before the shipping deadline for the day. If we do get a hold of you, we can normally work out an item replacement or upgrade.

Every order is different of course so it depends on what the customer needs. But we try and make the best out of each of those situations.

Ray I want a nano long neck. Got one for me yet ?

i did call on friday,they corrected my order and shipped that day.i guess i have just lost confidence.out of the 3 orders i placed,3 orders were wrong=100% failure rate,which is unacceptable in my book.i think their main problem there is the picker. i had picker #5 on all 3 orders,obviously they dont care enough to take corrective action. its the same as releasing a car to a client and forgetting to clean the tires,or the interior....i dont think they will be coming back if you keep forgetting to do things,sorry for ranting,im just disappointed
