Still sore. :( but can stand straight, and not as "beat"

For some reason Ive always preferred advil over aleve

Tylenol is the one i dont like then.

I buy Alleve personally. Doc gives me anti inflamatoy meds too for my tricept (been an issue for 6 months now)

& i got that Brett Favre copper fit elbow compression sleeve, works pretty well...might be placebo effect but who cares.

IMHO Tylenol is useless as well as has some terrible organ side effects.

Yeah, that too. In the last 7 days, I only remember what I had on Monday. The "healthy" dish. I miss the good ol days when I could eat chili dogs, chili cheese fries, and wouldnt think twice of washing it down with a nice root beer.

Nice work, though. That would have beaten me up pretty good.

I forgot who I got this tip from, but someone on the forum suggested taking Advil *before* the work gets started. Reminds me, gotta pick up a new bottle. Finishing up an EVO 9 on Saturday, and then pulling weeds on Sunday. Thats gonna suck.

Ive heard the advil before thing, just forgot to do it.
