Gyeon Line

Gyeon products I have used and liked:

The tire coating is amazing. It lasts like the T1 from GTECH but applies so much easier as its thinner so it can be sprayed on the applicator and spreads well. Lasts a long time and looks great. One coat is pretty matte, 2nd is what I like low gloss and the 3rd coat is super glossy - I don't go for that but some might. A quick swipe with a MF will knock the shine down if you over do it. No sling at all (my cars are white mostlty so I really value that) and it max durability in the class. (similar to T1)

Surprised nobody else offers a non permanent tire coating

Leather coating is also great, it does not change the look of the leather and it works. Not any other weekend warrior leather coatings.

Trim product works great and lasts. Easy to apply. I did my Jeep Trailhawk (posted here) and 7-8 months later its still rock solid.

Cancoat- I have used this on paint , PPF and its super easy to apply once you get it through you mind that this is a dry film. You cannot make a high spot unless you go to town. The only way to you know its there is the super slick surface you get when you wipe off gently to make sure its perfectly level. Not sure about durability but the product looks great and is super slick and has the smallest beads when washed. Its only been on a car for a few months so I cannot speak about long term durability. For Door Jambs and hood/trunk shuts its perfect protection. Reminds me of EXO v1

To me pearl does not last. it also slings if I use it straight.

I like the look of pearl but the slinging knocked it off the re-order list.

It's now for opt. (Other people's tires. Lol.) Not mine.

I would start with prime, extremely easy and at least 18 months. Tyre puts perl to shame! Cure is much easier and friendly than re load. Trim is phenomenal
Yes they will have a central warehouse here and the gentleman who is Gyeon us was a c Quartz guy. Had a nice talk with him.

Q² LEATHERCOAT: Quick and easy spray sealant / coating for the leather. Smells like baby powder. No real change in the look or touch but does "feel" sealed. But it might be mental.



Q2M BATHE: Very similar to CarPro Reset wash. Just a plain soap with nothing added. It is slick and cleans fine.



Q2M BATHE+: It is Bathe with a sealant added to it. It does actually leave something behind and work great on top of my coating I am using. I compare it to doing a wash and using Reload or another spray sealant that has great beading.



Q2M WETCOAT: This is just like Carpro Hydro2 but it is only RTU. I have not had any streaking or other issues. So it is crazy easy to use. But I don't think it has been as durable as Hydro2 as I seem it need it more often to maintain the level of beading.

Mike thanks to the advice I will have a bunch of Geyon stuff and essence landing shortly.

I may have to start doing this for a living if I'm ever going to use this stuff up.

New lease in february will get the coating and I'll just play abound and learn the other stuff

Nice buy, BWT, I saw your post you need to call Gyeon USA, speak to Jeff over there and they set you up. After that you can buy from any authorized Gyeon distribution center/ dealer. I actually called Jeff a few weeks ago to see about getting some information on east coast distribution.

Initially we had to show experience and skill in polishing cars and use the product line for 6 months. Don't have a clue what Gyeon USA is doing?
 
Makes sense, I am sure they are looking for that as well. I really was not looking to get certified, I wanted to get products from another source.
