If you cancel your service, they really offer significantly lower priced options but still not calling them deals. I find the quality to be somewhere between am and fm.

I get $4 a month deals from them once a month in the mail. Who needs them? I just use I heart radio or Pandora, I can put up with one commercial every 2 pr three hours for free service. I'm on an unlimited data plan so it's all good for me.

Yeah I have it in my Daily Driver/work truck I think its around 200$ a year but its on the business credit card auto pay. I tried canceling once but after i told them i wanted to cancel they stuck me on hold for an hour so i gave up. I almost never listen to it only Saturday and Sunday mornings espn because the local sports shows are running stupid golf shows and infoercials. I hate Sirus.

I let the trial subscription expire last fall. This past spring they offered 5 months for $20.00 so I took it. BUT...I made them send me an invoice and I paid by check. No way will they get my CC info. I recently let it expire and will wait for spring again and the nice weather and see what kind of welcome back offer they give me again. If not.....FM it is.

Have had their service in several vehicles as far back as the year 2000 when they were called XM Satellite radio and it was way, way, cheaper..

Their music sound quality is really bad compared to anything on the Internet, and it sounds like they have never even tried to improve it..

The only thing they have going for me anyway, is that they are always on, and when I make that yearly 4k mile round trip, I have lots to listen to and they really have a lot, right?

I recently sent them a hot email and it took awhile to figure out how to find their address, telling them I was through because they would not let me log in and change my account information..
They emailed back all worried ( I bet) and said to please call them back and they would fix this for me.. yeah, uh huh...

I think last I checked, Spotify had the best Quality of sound on the Internet having blown long past Rhapsody, and Pandora, etc...

There may be other newer music services that have higher quality of sound, so speak up, young whippersnappers... :)

Now, how to get the Internet music in your car without using your dang phone which will along with the cell site probably, lower the quality of the sound before it its your radio in the car..

I know there is way better wireless sources, because I just got my DirecTV hooked up and they used all wireless boxes instead of miles of really nice coax cable stapled up all over the eves of my house, and I have to tell you, the picture quality alone is coming in at 1080p easily anywhere I have a TV..

Hope you get this figured out, mi Hermano Ronaldo... Lets all do a Group-WE-ARE-GOING-TO-CANCEL-YO-AZZ-Sirius-LameBoys, and see what they say....

I finally cancelled mine for good. Don't use it. When I called to cancel, the guy on phone kept repeating the " offers" they had if I continued. It was a hilarious phone call. I repeated the phrase "I want to cancel my subscription" 7 times (seriously, I counted) before he finally let up and did what I asked.

Then the telemarketing started. The first week, 8 voicemails. That pace continued for about a month until I answered the home phone, which I never use and is the number I use for companies, etc that require a phone number, and told the sales person that their insane telemarketing aggressiveness made me never want to do business with them ever again.

i think that worked...they only call a couple times a week now.

When we bought our used 2010 Ford Edge, the Ford dealer must have given us free service for 6 months.
After 6 months, i got a letter asking if i wanted to continue service.
I never knew i had the service and hadn't even used it. I asked if they could allow me to try it for a month or two. ...Nope
So they will never get a cent from me.

Wow - sorry you didnt know you had it!
See if you can get on their website and at least register because usually a few times a year, they turn everyone's sirius registered radio on for a free week on the house...
Figure out how to access it on your radio and perhaps check it occasionally, and you might just find it working...
You can get all MLB and NFL on it... :)

I dunno anything about Sirius sound quality, but I listen through the app. I have the app on my iPhone and my iPhone is my music library wherever I go. I'm hooked into the car stereo via Bluetooth.

I just have an online membership. I think it's under $20 a month.

I listen exclusively to Howard with Sirius. Nothing else on there ever, except maybe Comedy Greats once in a while.

The second Howard leaves - I leave.

I love Apple Music. Same thing - can stream anything on iTunes anytime & everywhere for $10 a month.

I had those radios years ago and they sucked.

I had XM for years, they pay stern a lot of money I canceled mine some time ago I don't care for or listen to Howard so there is no way my hard earned money is going his way.

thats why I signed up when he moved over but I stopped listening when he went to 3-4 days a week minus and holiday minus 10 weeks vacation. It became unusual when i tuned in to that station and it was not a best of or old repeat.
