The Guz
Mike
Well here's the next review. I'm glad this was included in the package that I received from the Autopia facebook giveaway some time ago. I always heard good things about this product. Thanks Vega for including this one in the batch of Blackfire goodies.
BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer
I recently did some leather cleaning as seen in this thread
http://www.autopia.org/forums/detai...cleaner-conditioner-d181-leather-cleaner.html
Seeing as how dirty the towels were, it was a perfect time to test this microfiber cleaner out. This is the second time I used it. The first time I used it at 2 oz with a standard size load. This load was a little larger so I went with 2 1/2 oz.
Directions state to use 2 oz for a medium load and 4 oz for a large load. The built in measuring cup comes in handy and makes it easy to get the proper amount.
Here's the towel before
Here's the towel after washing
Not only did this work very well in cleaning this towel but it worked very well on the other towels as well. It left them feeling soft. I have used microfiber cleaners from Wolfgang, Detailer's Pro and 3D Towel Kleen. All of them do a very good job of maintaining the softness of the towels as well as keeping them clean.
3D Towel Kleen is by far the most economical of the bunch. But they are all on par with each other in terms of cleaning power and towel softness.
In my opinion, one can't go wrong with either product. It's another great product from the Blackfire line.
