I'm working on a big post on the Reward Points now, but to answer your questions...
Every dollar you spend you earn 1 point. So a $100 order = 100 points. For security reasons they expire after 180 days but we can always "renew" the points so they never expire until you "cash out". When you're ready to cash out, go to 'My Rewards' and scroll down to 'Available Rewards'. You'll see different reward coupons:
$5 Reward Points = 100 points
$10 Reward Points = 200 points
$25 Reward Points = 500 points
$50 Reward Points = 1000 points
$100 Reward Points = 2000 points
Click on 'Redeem' below the reward and you'll receive a unique "Reward Code". This is used just like a coupon code and is unique to your account. This code expires in 30 days. Currently you're only allowed to use one coupon per order online, but if you'd like to use multiple reward codes + a coupon code just give us a call and we can do it manually over the phone.
For example if you have 4000 points and we're running a 15% off sale + free shipping over $95, you can place your order over the phone to use all 4000 points ($200) AND use the 15% coupon AND get free shipping
We use the reward points just like cash.
Sometimes we run "Double Point" Sales, where you can earn 2 points for every dollar spent.

If you placed an order, you have 2 weeks to create an account and still get credit for the points.
As long as you use the same email address for your account as you do when you place an order, you'll receive the points.

LOL I almost saw Seinfeld this weekend! He was doing standup at the Kravis Center but ticket prices were a little too pricey for me. Starting at $95/each for nose bleed seats.

I signed up a few days ago but don't seem to have any points. Does it not count the order I placed just a few days before signing up? Or does it not count orders that used a coupon code? Explain, thanks

It should add those points to your account in 24 hours as long as you used the same email address when you placed your order.
