I'm new to this forum. My username is joseph1a or joe. I recently purchased a beautiful 2013 mb e-350. I also bought blackfire gloss enhancing polish and wet diamond all finish paint protection. Can anyone tell me in what order i use this stuff with my wax. before? after? the bottles don't explain this.

Hi

Gloss enhancing polish, then remove

wet diamond, then remove, maybe do a 2nd coat to ensure coverage

add sunglasses for after

Welcome to Autopia Joe!!

The Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish is going to clean the paint and remove any old waxes or residues that are on the paint, you would use this product first. Then follow up with the Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection, this is your sealant and it will give you around 6 months of protection. You do have to wait 12 hours for it to cure before you apply a wax afterwards.

thanks, Jesse. That's what I needed to know. One more question, though. After waiting 12 hours I assume you mean not to drive the car, right?. Or can i drive the car and wash it again before waxing?

You should let it cure, and make sure you don't get any water/rain on it. If the car sits out side 24/7, I would try to apply the sealant in the morning in the shade (out of direct sunlight), and let it cure during the day. It'll cure faster in the sun.

to all who helped with my bf questions: my paint finish is excellent, I don't know if I need the gloss polish. Mayge I will just use the diamond paint protection, instead.

I would use the gloss enhancing polish before the paint protection, it will help the paint protection adhere better to the paint.

welcome to AF joe. I would also clay the finish before starting with the gep. you're going to love the blackfire products. they're on the top of my favorites list.
