Well you asked for it-My pictorial 48 Hrs in Louisiana

All in all a great time, weather was perfect, got to see just about everything I wanted to see. Tulane, WWII museum-this was an incredible facility-wash there 2 hours and could have spend 6 more easy, French Quarter-Frenchman's street, Magazine Street, Bourbon Street, St Charles Business District and Commanders Palace (had Turtle Soup -was awesome)

Could have spent more time in NOLA but-I gotta work.

Maybe the pecan pie will make a future appearance. The alligator sausage reminded me of a grilled alligator appetizer I split with a colleague who had lived in Texas for a couple of years but had never had alligator; he said "it tastes like armadillo".
