Eagle one evolution element shield

I saw these at autzone the other day when I was picking up some trans fluid. Also saw their nanoskin type wash mitt.

That actually looks like a pretty cool system. The average joe can pretend to be an Autopian, doing a pre-soak, a foam gun wash, and a HydrO2 application.

But seriously, don't you think that's a pretty cool system for the "average" home car washer? The only problem is I bet they skip the wash mitt part of it, because that would be a little too much like "work".

No it looks great, I think Eagle One makes decent products.

Just in passing. This is very similar to the way I wash cars all the time except, I always wet with soap, degreaser, wheel cleaner, leather cleaner, etc. from the bottom up. This ensures that every surface gets the most concentrated material available. Spraying from the top down means there is material that's all ready reacted with dirt running down on the surfaces that haven't been treated. On leather, this means runs in the final finish, and demonstrates the principle most clearly.

All spray type cleaners or treatments work best when sprayed from the bottom up, at least that's my experience.

wonder how long it's supposed to last?

Probably just as long as the "wax" that's sprayed on at a tunnel wash, the msds only mentions 2 chemicals , both are foreign to me in terms of wax constituents. My guess is the whole system is derived from the products they sell to tunnel and touchless washes, probably relabeled, colored and scented for the eagle one consumer rather than carbrite or Ashland.

High pH pre-soak, foaming soap, rinse, spray on drying aid/wax, final rinse; does that sound familiar to anyone?

You are correct. I should have read more thoroughly.

No sweat man, those new GHS PDS's are even more confusing than the old ones, and apparently if it wasn't for my state that ingredient wouldn't even have been listed. Who knew you had to go to page 9 when it's got other ingredients at the beginning?

Anyway, I'm thinking of throwing out my 972 other car products and just getting these 3 from EO.
