Bang of the buck, but I'm not being cheap. I know that if you want a decent product, it will usually cost decent money. As far as wiring I could run a separate line just for the lamp if needed, hopefully not. I run my Mytee HP60 with no problems on my current circuit. I have a home small shop, one vehicle at a time...I wouldn't need anything too big. Which one do you use Rasky?
What coatings do you plan on curing? Also is time an issue? You can use the smaller more affordable units, but it will take longer to heat up and longer to cure a smaller surface.
I've had the single bulb Infratech 14-1000 for a few years now. Does the job but takes a few hours. Some of the larger units run off 220. I'm looking to get the 14-1100 (or similar) once my new shop is done. The 3 bulb system that covers far more area at a time. Another more affordable option would be one or two of these. All the reading I've done says to stick with medium wave for what we are using them for.
Is this useful for anything other than cq ?
if not, heck, i'd switch to opti and save the $$$$$
All glass coating from what I've seen. Can be is used with OCP too but different tech...hardens it faster, but doesn't really speed up the curing.
Is this really an issue? It isn't like most people are gonna be putting hand prints all over a freshly coated car. I guess I could see doing that if you were detailing in Alaska in winter but...
