The discounts on new ones tend to be limited (15 to 20% max) due to MAP pricing. If you are looking for a deal, you will need to find someone trying to sell a used one.

Bummer you can't! The master blaster I picked up on the last round of Autopia open box specials should be delivered today - I'm lucky enough to have a 20amp line running into my garage.
