I am still looking for an electrical (have a nice gas one but do not like it). I want something that will last and it seems the better ones cost around $300. The Karchers do not seem to have brass fittings so you should get brass quick disconnects. I have been looking at a B&S electric but wanted to buy local but no one has them.

It all depends if your using it for business ( Detailing ) or just for your own family cars. I have a electric (Karcher one which I got from a friend who works for HSN ) one now for over 9 years and it`s still works fine. I use it for detailing and also for other jobs around the house. If your using for washing many cars then look for a gas power on IMO. There are so many on the market and check to make sure the interior parts are not el cheapo parts that some places have install to sell them at a low price.
AutopiaForums is the place to be.
