HeHe - I got carried away just a little on that one. He went crazy on the chrome. I`ve never seen anyone 3 step every inch of metal!

If the leather just needs to be cleaned, then David is probably your choice. If what you mean by worn out is damaged leather, then I could handle the refinishing of the seats.

I was referred to you by BimmerFest. I will try to give a brief synopsis in hopes you can help. I picked up my BMW 550xi in Carbon Black on tuesday late afternoon (first mistake) On Wednesday in the sunlight I noticed the entire is covered in scratch/swirl marks (see attached photos) Needless to say I was beyond pissed. I brought it back to the dealership who told me "it was normal because it is a water based paint" but they would make it better by buffing and putting Xzilion on the car. I picked up the car today and if it is possible I think the scratches are worse. The dealer continues to say it is normal but I know it is not. I was wondering if you were going to be in NY area anytime soon or if you are willing to come. If you are not, if you could recommend someone/someplace that will do it right. I waited a long time for my car and hoped it would be perfect. I am hoping you could be of some assistance.
