Can you leave filtered water in a 90 gallon tank for long periods of time with out the water changing???? I like to fill up once or twice a week but when times are slow can you leave the filtered water in for lets say 2-3 weeks with out problems???

1 week you shouldnt have a problem though. (you might even with only 1 week!!)
but the only way to find this out is to experiment with YOUR conditions. :wavey
oh and also do not store water during winter or your tank may explode if freezing ocures....and also its best to fill up on the morning you work because you will pull warmer water out of the ground instead of filling the night before and letting it get cold overnight. just let the hose run water through for a minute or two to allow the colder water to come out of the pipes and hose and such to get to the warm water under ground!
