Sanding for distinctness of image.

I`m not sure if this album will be visible but I took a few shots of a colorsand in process. Not nearly enough before shots because it didn`t occur to me to take pictures until after I`d started working but some of you might find this interesting.

Next time, I think I`ll get some black panels and try to show what bad work looks like and how to fix it. I`ll make the paint shiny without taking out the sandpaper scratch, leave a sanding texture, and I`ll sand but not with the right grit so I won`t remove the orange peel, etc. That kind of thing.



Then, maybe I`ll show how to burn through on a curve and take the paint off some edges.



I`m not kidding. I think it would be good for people to see what bad handling of a machine looks like so if they see themselves doing it, they`ll stop. )
