With a great steak dinner tonight - Dogfish 60 min IPA...one of my favorite IPA`s.

After dinner - Victory Storm King and a Dogfish Chicory Stout.

Storm King Stout and the Stone Smoked porter have the Dogfish Stout beat hands down.....

Hey, I had some Stone IPA tonight, actually. I would have to say I like it a little better than the Dogfish 60 (never had the 90). Also had some Boulder Mojo IPA. That`s also good, but I like the Stone better.

Edit: And the Dogfish is better than the Mojo too, IMO.

I just finished some Paulaner Oktoberfest which was very good this year, might have to pick up some more!

Luckily, my go-to shop will be getting some Rogue in, so I`ll be able to try that soon.

Have not had a Oktoberfest brew yet this year, but should be going to a fest this Saturday. The local store had not gotten any new stuff yet. One of the local brew/pubs will have an Oktoberfest brew in a week or two, will definitely check that out. Rogue`s are some awesome brews, hopefully you can get some.

Tonight having a 06 Sierra Nevada Bigfoot which I`ve been sitting on since the beginning of the year, very hoppy and tasty. I still have 3 bottles sitting, waiting their turn.

Trying Stone Arrogant Ba***rd tonight - a big malty, hoppy ale with balance....and a kick! The flavors intesify as it warms...don`t serve this one too cold.

For my second brew tonight, having an Aventinus, in a Aventinus glass. Looks very tasty with a creamy whiteish head.

I enjoyed a bomber of Bear Republic Big Bear Black Stout tonight. Big chocolate taste and no real alcohol bite....surprised to see its around 8% ABV. A nice smooth brew!

I also enjoyed that brew, plus Red Rocket and Hop Rod Rye and Racer 5.

so, based on this thread, i tried the "old rasputin russian imperial stout" this evening. what a good brew!!! i also picked up a couple "stone IPAs".

i bought these two at the local "total wine" in virginia. the stone IPA was the only stone beer that i found there. maybe because of the alcohol content?

keep up the thread. lots of beers to try yet.

Today having a 750ml of Urthel Hop-It, a Belgian Strong Pale Ale, 9.5% ABV. Been holding on to this one for a long time, and been anticapating as well. Today was the day, no dissappointment at all, very hoppy and tasty, citrusy and a nice hoppy bite finish. Highly recommend if you can get your hands on some.
